The lofts at 2020 H are some of the first true loft-style condos to grace Sacramento's central city. Built by developer D&S Development in 2006, the lofts are in Midtown's Boulevard Park neighborhood and are tucked away in a quiet corner but are just a few blocks from the dining, shopping, and active urban nightlife of Midtown.

The lofts come in two floorplans, a one-bedroom (the true upstairs loft design) that comes in at 1,328 square feet and a two-bedroom at a slightly more efficient 1,118 square feet (most people seem to prefer the one-bedroom for its design and open feel). Need a home office or live/work space? Have clients visiting? These units are also zoned C-2 (commercial) for greater flexibility. With just eight units in the community, you don't often see these on the market but they continue to be popular when they are. HOA dues are roughly $300/mo and cover association management and common area maintenance.
